TBL TRICAMP

The TriCamp is an opportunity for educational growth that includes intensive training and sharing of experiences with Coach Stefano Massa and all participants. It is the result of careful study that balances training, adequate recovery and technical, theoretical and educational moments. Training is central, but every aspect is taken care of to guarantee a complete and enriching experience. The TriCamps are also important for the cohesion between athletes and are also open to those who are not part of TBL.

THE DECOMPRESSION TRICAMP

The Decompression Tricamp takes place in October and is focused on how to manage the transition between racing seasons to be then ready and rested at the beginning of the winter period, focusing on weaknesses, in preparation for the following season.

THE PRE-RACE TRAINING

The Pre-race Training takes place in Italy in May and lasts for 4 days. The focus is on the pre-agonistic and agonistic period. Tactics, race strategy, tapering, nutrition and integration.
7 days

THE INTENSIVE TRICAMP TRAINING

The Intensive Tricamp training takes place in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, between February and March. It is an intense week of training, theory, conditioning, mental, technical and nutritional aspects. A week as a PRO.
