STEFANO MASSA

I am Stefano Massa, IRONMAN U Certified Coach. A lifelong athlete, I have been practicing triathlon/Ironman for over 35 years with over 800 races in the disciplines: triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, winter triathlon, running, swimming, cycling, and mountain biking. I was among the precursors of triathlon in Italy.

In addition to my sports career, I worked for 30 years in the Fashion and Finance industries and for 10 years also in the Sports sector. Triathlon, but even more the Ironman rewarded me the ideal lifestyle to achieve my goals related to sports, work, family and social life with enthusiasm. They allowed me not to give up anything, giving me satisfaction, well-being, self-esteem and success.

With a background in amateur road cycling, I chose to start Triathlon in October 2021 because I consider it a complete sport for and mind. Thanks to Stefano I was able to overcome my Achilles tendon ?running? and I was able to get in good shape in a short time in both swimming and cycling. Stefano is my first Triathlon coach and with him I have established a friendly and professional relationship, in which mutual respect and collaboration are the basis of all our interactions.
